Sales and Inventory Management Software In VBA (Microsoft Access) is Developed Using VBA + Access Database. This system manages records such as the suppliers, stocks, product categories, customers, employees, products, sales, reports and etc of a certain business. This system updates the product stock automatically after the system user encodes the purchases list. This feature serves as the receiving stock in feature of the system. The available stocks in inventory also update automatically every time the sales transaction is being done. This system also generates reports.

Easy to make it work. Interesting code solution.

It is a very nice piece of software. Some nice code examples. I made a few tweaks. 1. Open the software with shift such that you get into the development. I made sure the password is 12345 in the table tbUser and in tblUser. 2. in the table tblCompany, change the address in the Pic field to where you have a picture for the "Margo Sales and Service" company. There are some nice chuncks of code in this program. Dor not use this for production, without adding some extra security and onError code.

Thanks for this. The username and password work fine after enabling the database. It looks like an excellent example of an inventory system written in MS Access, which I was looking for. I downloaded the file and tried to debug/compile it in VBA. It won't compile without fixing a lot of VBA code errors. I recommend you fix those errors when you have time so new users don't have to sort it all out. I also wish it had better code documentation and error trapping. It is a valuable example of inventory tracking written in Access!

Hi Sir, plz guide me on how to update recent data of any Form like invoice, purchase, etc. When I open recent data from the list button then "Add" "Remove" buttons are inactive state and listbox rows "double click" to fill data to source boxes also not working.
