True as Christhu said, He is doing business and making money out of sourcecodester.com i have already install all component needed, but nothing cannot be use all Codes submitted by Raj Sharma. Almost all Codes submitted are not working at all. especially this code, missing a lot of form, report, database, etc and too many error and warning displays. nothing can be used this code. When i contact him, he is say not free. i must buy to have this code or programs.

have u checked bin/debug folder of project for db script ? check properly first then add unnecessary comments

No, its not true, its working great and you need to create Database from sql script. Follow these steps thats what i did. create Blank DB with name HMS_DB and execute script under sql server management studio.
