Online Employment System

The system is an online Employment System whereby contains 2 phases: - Job Seeker - Employer The Job Seeker performs registration and fills in his/her details. Uploads his/her certificates (stored locally on Uploads folder). I havent coded the dashboard count. (so the counting of % does not work. Database is in the db folder of the code.
