Issues with C# Eye Care WinForm Application.......... Please HELP!

Hi, I am a NOVICE C# Developer and I am in need of some professional help. I am starting my own Software Development Company and the first challenge I have given myself is to create an EyeCare Application for an Ophthalmologist and I have ran into a bit of an issue that I need some help to solve.
