UDL file for data access

Hello all, today only i joine this site as i really liked... i have 1 issue in how to use udl file for data access. i have 1 small application with abodb and msaccess connection now i have to use same application but udl file for data access..can any 1 plz tel me from where to start...i already created udl file and tried to connect but failed..... plz help me out ny 1 there ..urgent....
