Lap Scoring with 2.45Ghz RFID Reader

Hello Everyone Firstley thank you for reading my request, I was wondering if anybody would be interested in helping with writing a Lap Scoring programe for my Moto Duro Club. I have mananged to get a 2.45Ghz Microwave RFID reader & some tags & would like to be able to use it for Lap Scoring, Unfortunatley im useless with at programing at the moment im a complete NEWBIE and need Help BIG TIME. The reader i have got is SP-D300 supplied by Superrfid & got the SDK also. I hope some of you EXPERTS can help me & look forward to hearing from you ALL.
