About the Leads Management System

I developed this project using the following:

  • XAMPP v3.3.0 as my local webserver that has a PHP Version 8.0.7
  • PHP Language
  • MySQL Database
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JavaScript
  • jQuery
  • Ajax
  • Bootstrap
  • AdminLTE
  • and more...

The Leads Management System Project is accessible for the 2 types of system users which are the Administrators and Staff. The Administrator Users have the privilege to access and manage all the features and functionalities of the system. They are also ones who can create new Leads and Opportunities. Admin users assign the leads and opportunities to a representative or staff who will be the one to contact the prospect and continue the process. The Staff users have only limited access. They can only manage the leads and opportunities that are assigned to them. They can store their Call Logs and notes with the prospect. In this system, users can move the prospects' information from the lead list to the opportunity leads for those leads that are qualified for creating an opportunity. The Admin Users can dynamically add, edit, and delete the leads sources list.
