Introduction

This is a Patient Appointment Scheduler System Project in PHP. This is a web-based application that provides an online platform for clinic patients or possible patients to schedule their appointment with the doctor. The project is simple but useful. It has a pleasant user interface and user-friendly functionalities. This system has 2 sides user sides which are the Admin Panel/Side and the Public Side.

About the Patient Appointment Scheduler System

This web-application was written/developed using PHP, MySQL Database, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery and Ajax), Bootstrap, AdminLTE Template, and other libraries/plugins. I developed the project using XAMPP 3.3.0 as my local web server which has a PHP version 8.0.7.

The Patient Appointment Scheduler System contains multiple features and functionalities. As I have mentioned above, this has 2 user sides which are the Admin and Public. On the Public Side, the patients or possible patients can submit their appointment requests at their desired schedule. The request has a possibility to be changed at the admin panel so that the system admin or doctors can manage the priorities according to the patient's ailment. The Public Side has only a single-page user interface. In the Admin Panel. admin users have access and can manage all the features and functionalities that the said user side has.

How to Run ??

Requirements

Download and Install any local web server such as XAMPP/WAMP.
Download the provided source code zip file. (download button is located below)

Installation/Setup

Open your XAMPP/WAMP's Control Panel and start Apache and MySQL.
Extract the downloaded source code zip file.
If you are using XAMPP, copy the extracted source code folder and paste it into the XAMPP's "htdocs" directory. And If you are using WAMP, paste it into the "www" directory.
Browse the PHPMyAdmin in a browser. i.e. http://localhost/phpmyadmin
Create a new database naming scheduler_db.
Import the provided SQL file. The file is known as scheduler_db.sql located inside the database folder.
Browse the Online Mobile Store Management System in a browser. i.e. http://localhost/scheduler/ for the public and http://localhost/scheduler/admin for the admin side.

Username: admin
Password: admin123
