table in data base

can anyone help me.....? i want to have two different table in one form how could i do this..... plz help.... " my project is MILLING SYSTEM i have two Radio button with each corresponding groupbox what i want to do is that when i click the first radio button the milling groupbox appear and it composed of several textboxes and buttons which is i already solve... the other one is when i switch the other radio button i want to save the content there groupbox to the different table.... help me plzzzzz..."
