how do i make a contact directory using vb2008?? help me plss..

i have a given project to make a contact directory with their names and phone numbers and email address. how do i supposed to do, i don't know where to start. im using ms access 2003 for the database. the hard thing is the picture of the contact person must be view in the records in the form. any one help me? even the adding editiing deleting viewing of records will be ok even there is no picture on it.. pls help me.. ;((
