LAN-based Patient Management System for Lying-in Clinics

Hi Guys, I need your help to develop a LAN-based Patient Management system for a lying-in (birthing home) clinic using VB.net and MS Access for NCR Region (since the requirements may vary depending on the region where the location of the clinic is). I have a lot of contacts/clinic owners that is requesting for the specific system and they are willing to pay for the finished software.
