Human Resource System and a Simple College Management System

Hi guys, Though I'm quite new in VB.Net 2010, I intend to do miraculously in it. I really wanna design a human resource system and a simple college management system. I would be grateful if anyone could help me with some source codes to assist me in this project. I would be grateful if you could please devote to coach me in the way through as as my tutor as well.
