This is an Excel Payroll template.
Is demonstrates how to calculate payroll for any number of employees
and to make the appropriate deductions.
It works in Excel 2003 and above.
It demonstrates to the learner how to use the built-in functions and do calculations across different pages.

You can learn a lot from studying the formulas and customize this spreadsheet for your payroll.
Here are a few examples of functions and formulas used in the Payroll Spreadsheet.

It could be revised to calculate Paseguruhan ng Kapanatagang and Pag-Ibig

How to get an employee name from an index function
=INDEX('Employee List'!B13:B57,H27)

Calculating net pay
=VLOOKUP(H27,'Payroll calculator'!$A$15:$P$59,16,FALSE)

The zip file contains a Microsoft Word 2003 document that explains how to compute the SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG contributions.
