hi i have a problem here. because when i logged in as the admin, i still can't access other forms, it displays as "you're not allowed to open this form, please ask permission from admin" so what do i do ?

May be you logged in as user and not admin. Try to login as admin and open "manage users" under system menu. Select the user and click permission.
