A simple Library Management System using ADODB as a connection to MS Access. This system includes reporting of all books recorded, books borrowed, past due books and penalties using Data Report. The feature of this system includes user maintenance and borrower's information, transactions such as adding new books, borrowing books and returning books.

For you to be able to have the updated components needed to run this, your visual basic 6.0 must be installed with service pack 6.

I am new in Visual Basic and by doing this project, I've learned a lot. I learned how to work with the listview and it's functions, deal with Data Report, and of course successfully run the system.

I hope you too can learn from this.

Note: Due to the size or complexity of this submission, the author has submitted it as a .zip file to shorten your download time. After downloading it, you will need a program like Winzip to decompress it.

Virus note: All files are scanned once-a-day by for viruses, but new viruses come out every day, so no prevention program can catch 100% of them.

1. Re-scan downloaded files using your personal virus checker before using it.
2. NEVER, EVER run compiled files (.exe's, .ocx's, .dll's etc.)--only run source code.
