Lockdown E-Pass Management System using PHP/MySQL

Lockdown is supposed to protect against the spread of disease from 1 individual to another, to protect others and ourselves. This implies, not stepping outside of the home except for purchasing requirements, cutting back the number of excursions outside, and ideally just a single, healthful relative making the excursions when absolutely essential. If there's anyone in the home who's very sick and might want to find medical assistance, you have to know about the health facility nearest to you.

Technology Used:

Admin Panel: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

HTML: HTML is used to create and save web document. E.g. Notepad/Notepad++
CSS : (Cascading Style Sheets) Create attractive Layout
JavaScript: it is a programming language, commonly use with web browsers.
Back end: PHP, MySQLi
PHP: Hypertext Pre-processor (PHP) is a technology that allows software developers to create dynamically generated web pages, in HTML, XML, or other document types, as per client request. PHP is open-source software.

Backend:
MySQL: MySql is a database, widely used for accessing querying, updating, and managing data in databases.
