The 'Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0' provider is not registered on the local machine.

If you encounter this kind of error, it is because that you are using 64bit OS. To solve this problem all you need is change the Target CPU to x86. To do this, open your project >> project properties >> compile tab >> advance compile options >> target cpu.
