About Water Billing System in VB.NET

The Water Billing System project can help a certain water provider's company or business manage the bills of their customer. The system stores the necessary information needed from the customer and creates a billing invoice for the customer. The system store also the payment records of the customer which will be the source of data for the payment report. This water billing system generates reports of Invoices, Payments, and Taxes.

This system is made by the third-year students for their project in a software engineering subject. It is made by Visual Basic 2008 and MS Access for their database. The free source code was tested with VS2019 and the upgraded source code is also included in the source code zip file.

How to Setup the Water Billing System in your Computer

Download and Install the following:

  1. Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 or Higher.
  2. Microsoft Access Database Engine v12.0

How to run

  1. Download and Extract the source code zip file. (Download button is located below this article)
  2. Locate the "Billing System.sln" file on the source code.
  3. Open the ".sln" file with your Microsoft Visual Studio software.
  4. Press "F5" key in your keyboard to run the project.

You can access this system by using this accounts.
