Capital City Quiz Version 1.0

There are times that you would like to create a useful program not only to help other people but also educate them that is my inspiration why I wrote this program I called it Capital City Quiz Version 1.0. What the program do is to ask the user what is the capital city of certain country and then it will tell the user if she or he is right or wrong with his or her answer. What is good about this program is that is compute also the grade and give remarks to the user. The code is simple but shows how to use string manipulations and functions that can be found in C++ programming language.
