This is where we will create a simple form for our application. To create the forms simply copy and write it into you text editor, then save it index.html.

  1. <!DOCTYPE html>
  2. <html lang="en" ng-app="myModule">
  3. <head>
  4. <meta charsert="UTF-8" name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1"/>
  5. <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css/bootstrap.css" />
  6. </head>
  7. <body ng-controller="myController">
  8. <nav class="navbar navbar-default">
  9. <div class="container-fluid">
  10. <a class="navbar-brand" href="<a href="">Sourcecodester</a>
  11. " rel="nofollow">">Sourcecodester</a>
  12. </a> </div>
  13. </nav>
  14. <div class="col-md-3"></div>
  15. <div class="col-md-6 well">
  16. <h3 class="text-primary">JavaScript - Display HTML List Using AngularJS</h3>
  17. <hr style="border-top:1px dotted #ccc;"/>
  18. <div class="col-md-4">
  19. <form>
  20. <div class="form-group">
  21. <label>Enter a Movie Title</label>
  22. <input type="text" class="form-control" ng-model="newMovieList.movie_title"/>
  23. </div>
  24. <center><button type="button" class="btn btn-primary" ng-click = "saveMovie()"><span class = "glyphicon glyphicon-save"></span> Save</button></center>
  25. </form>
  26. </div>
  27. <div class="col-md-8">
  28. <h3>MY MOVIE LIST 2020</h3>
  29. <ul ng-repeat="movie in movies">
  30. <li>{{movie.movie_title}}</li>
  31. </ul>
  32. </div>
  33. </div>
  34. <script src="js/angular.js"></script>
  35. <script src="js/script.js"></script>
  36. </body>
  37. </html>

Creating the Main Function

This code contains the main function of the application. This code will add new list in ul tag when the button is clicked. To do this just copy and write these block of codes as shown below inside the text editor and save it as script.js.

  1. var app = angular.module("myModule", [])
  2. .controller("myController", function($scope){
  3. $scope.movies = [
  4. {movie_title: "Black Widow"},
  5. ];
  7. $scope.newMovieList = {};
  9. $scope.saveMovie = function(){
  10. $scope.movies.push($scope.newMovieList);
  11. $scope.newMovieList = {};
  12. };
