Enrollment and Billing System in C# and MS SQL Server With Source Code

This project is entitled Enrollment and Billing System written in C# and SQL Server Management Studio R2 2008 database. This system was developed for a specific school which is the Christian Kiddie Care. The system stores the list of the school's students, teachers, and manages the billing transaction. The system's billing feature has an installment option and the system also calculates automatically every time the parents made a payment until it will be fully paid. This Enrollment and Billing system has lots of features that are relevant for its purpose. With this system, the school management can easily track their enrollment and billing transactions also this will make their work more easier and efficient. The program has a pleasant user interface and user-friendly functionalities.

How to Run

Requirements:

  • Download and Install Microsoft Visual Studio Software
  • Download and Install Microsoft SQL Server and MS SQL Server Management Studio

Installation/Setup

  1. Download and Extract the provided source code zip file. (download button is located below)
  2. Locate the database "MDF" File inside the "Database" folder in the extracted source code folder.
  3. Open your MS SQL Server Management Studio Software and Connect to a server. Then, attach the MDF file to the server.
  4. Locate the solution file inside the source code folder. The file is known as "KiddieCare.sln".
  5. Open the Solution file with your MS Visual Studio Software.
  6. Configure the database connection string according to your MS SQL Server setup. The connection string is written in the "public string constring" of the "frmLogin.cs" file
  7. Press the "F5" key on your keyboard to run the Enrollment and Billing System Project.
