This is a Research project on SIM card registration system design using Visual Basic. Net 2010 and Ms access 2003. This project is actually explaining about the importance of SIM cards registration, which has contributed more effectively towards in reduction of phone crime in Nigeria.

The System can registration SIm Card with Customer Images Taken also via Webcam, it can also search for customer record .

N/B :for the system to run properly , copy the "database" folder to your drive C. i.e local Disk.

Note: Due to the size or complexity of this submission, the author has submitted it as a .zip file to shorten your download time. After downloading it, you will need a program like Winzip to decompress it.

Virus note: All files are scanned once-a-day by for viruses, but new viruses come out every day, so no prevention program can catch 100% of them.
