Open Source Clinic Management System in PHP with Full Source Code

The purpose of the project entitled “CLINIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” is to computerize the Front Office Management of Hospital to develop software which is user friendly, simple, fast, and cost-effective. It deals with the patient’s and Doctors' information, etc.

Traditionally, it was done manually. The main function of the system is to register and store patient details and doctor details and retrieve these details as and when required, and also to manipulate these details meaningfully System input contains patient details, diagnosis details.

The project Best Clinic Management System includes the following options

Admin panel :
1) Dashboard

ii) View pending appointments –approve, delete
iii) View approved appointment – view report

3) Doctors – 
i) New doctor
ii) View doctor – Edit, delete

4) Patients –

ii) View patient record

i) Add department
ii) View department – Edit, delete
iii) Add treatment type 
iv) View treatment type – Edit, delete
v) Add medicine
vi) View medicine –Edit, delete
