About

The Quarantine Facility Database System is a project using Microsoft access. This database system will help the quarantine facility to manage the records. This system can store multiple quarantine facilities and manage the records of each facility, which means that the quarantine is well organized, stored, and can be monitored using the database system. The system displays a statistic summary for the counts of Confirmed Positive, PUM (Person Under Monitoring), PUI (Person Under Investigation), Completed, Discharge, and Recovered. The quarantined individual's information is being stored in this system along with their Vital Signs the range of days they are required to stay on the quarantine faculty, by this feature, the staff of the certain quarantine facility can simply search by Full Name, Gender, Date Started, Completion Date or by Status to find the records of certain quarantine individuals for their references in this can be done by a short period of time. This database system is very helpful for the quarantine facilities particularly this time of the pandemic.

  • This feature will help to create a backup for the system data from beginning until the day of backing up.

  • ​​​​​​​The summary of quarantined individuals by status. The list for each status are ready to print and be downloaded as pdf file.

How To Run

1. Download and Extract the zip file on this website for the source code.
2. Run the Quarantine Db.accde in your Mircosoft Access Software.

Note: Make sure that your computer has Microsoft Access Software.
