Yahoo Email Forward Bugs Leaves Your Inbox Empty – Post Revamp Issues

As we all know that Yahoo recently changed the interface and look of its email service and many of us were shouting at the top of our lungs that this is exactly what Gmail looks like. Well, it turns out that the Yahoo is not so much similar to Gmail in functions although, they have done their best to design their email client just like the email client from Google. Some bugs have been reported in the revamped version of Yahoo mail and the biggest bug that has disturbed lives of so many Yahoo mail users is the forward email bug. Since the beginning of this week, Yahoo mail and its users have been experiencing a major bug which was first noticed after the revamp of Yahoo mail. As per the reports, this bug is forwarding the emails to users who are not even listed in the contact list of a person. This setting was switched on without the information of Yahoo mail users. The DIY way to resolve this issue is to switch off the settings manually but we have to see what Yahoo mail is doing in this case for its users? We have seen that yahoo is replying to the queries through its Twitter account that is dedicated for customer support. However, no solution is being offered by its service, UserVoice or no solution has been posted on their website as of now. If you wish, you can contact them at twitter ID: @YahooCare. To get you more information about this bug and how it initiated in the first place, we have contacted the company. As soon as we hear some updates, we will let you know about them through our blog. While Yahoo mail upgrade has brought some interesting features and 1TB free memory for its users, this small bug is costing them reputation in the market.
