Sourcecodester.com Moved To a New Dedicated Server

I would like to announce that sourcecodester.com has moved to a new server. This time we are now on a dedicated server powered by Hostgator.com.

For the past few days, sourcecodester.com has faced a downtime due to high volume of traffic. In my hope to give you a great service, I decided to move to a dedicated server.

In addition to this, I installed APC Opcode to optimize PHP script so it will load faster. It’s a caching technique to load the page into memory instead of reading it every time there is a request.

Starting from shared hosting to VPS at Level 3 to Level 6, now we are at dedicated server with Quadcore processor and 4GB of RAM. Good enough to serve millions of visitors every month.
