Project Title: User Management System User Management System with Source Code is a Python program. This project can help you manage all the existing user account. The purpose of the project is to provide an efficient and reliable account management. The project is a simple console application. The project can be openly accessed without entering a login information. The user can access the different menu by entering a certain numeric keys. The project can help you organize the list of all active user account in company. The project contains a different functionality that uses basic python coding structure. The project is useful for adding the user information, generating external database. and listing the data automatically.

User Management System Project in Python Features:

  • See Current Users Menu
    • From this menu you can view all the existing users that is stored in the database.
  • Add User Menu
    • In this menu you can manually add a new use by entering the Name, Date of birth, etc.
  • Delete User Menu
    • From here you will be allowed to delete a user account by entering the Full Name, ID number or Date of birth
  • Show User Menu
    • From this menu you can view an individual user account when entering the Full Name or ID number
  • Save Database Menu
    • In this menu you save your stored information as a an exported excel file
  • Exit Menu
    • This will make you to force close the current running python program

User Management System Installation:

  1. You will have to download & install the Python IDLE's, here's the link "https://www.python.org/downloads/".
  2. Extract the zip file.
  3. Open the extracted folder
  4. Locate the py file.
  5. Then open the file via python IDLE.
  6. Run the py file to launch the program.
