This is a simple login form with profile image upload. Members are required to upload their own images. In this project, you will learn two things, how to create login form and how to upload files.Try this yourself. This is easy to learn project.

Note: Due to the size or complexity of this submission, the author has submitted it as a .zip file to shorten your download time. After downloading it, you will need a program like Winzip to decompress it.
