Simple SMS program with splashscreen, login form (username is admin, password is admin), and you can send messages to practically any cellphone number using SMTP. A list of carriers is built into the program. Enjoy! Screenshots: Login ScreenSMS

Note: Due to the size or complexity of this submission, the author has submitted it as a .zip file to shorten your download time. After downloading it, you will need a program like Winzip to decompress it.

how to know cellular carrier and web server (country: philippines) thank you in advance

You can find the cellular carrier by googling for say verizon email to phone and it will come up with @vtext.com. The web server is your SMTP server like smtp.gmail.com
