That's a good start to have your own business. What business you are about to start? Are you planning to use ASP/ASP.NET?
Designing a new website will take a lot of effort to publisize its content. You need to advertise, study SEO, and a lot more.
Wayback in October 2008 when I started this website. I have a zero visitors. And now as you can see my alexa ranking and google page rank same as search engine ranking are very high.
Just because, people being enlighted to your free codes, asides from free codes, they worked perfectly. Just imagine if you advertised your free software to the people around, not just only the software, but the codes/script itself will amaze them.
Imagine if you have a bakery and tell them "Buy one bread and get two free", so what do you think?
Anyhow, I, myself is very interested with you...I hope that someday, will meet each other and discuss something feasible and beneficial.

if u want to design a very rich website, u can add Flash or silverlight to it,
those eye poping animation will catch audience from the net..
use popular IDE like Visual Studio 2008, Dreamweaver CS3/4, Coffee Cup,or Artisteer to design a cool website..

i have developed a GPS-GSM project, i used GSM Modem for Sending and Receiving SMS from the GPS-SMS enabled module.
