Electricity billing and bill record maintaining system

This is the updated version of electricity billing system in which the following modules have been added 1.Cash collection 2.list of defaulters 3.list of customers who have deposited their bills and some graphics has been added

all the above errors are shown in only in Borland C++ 4.5 and above version.....it will run fine in TurboC3..

Hello Ranjit, Thanks for uploading such a nice project in c++. I have setup all things but i am getting this error "Cannot Open File" because bill1.dat file is not in given package. So can you please provide me that file so i can check how the programe is working. Using this program i want to develop same project for my college semster.
