Automated Student Attendance Monitoring and Grading System with Source Code

This system is the fastest way to submit grades and other student requirements for teacher compliance and for CHED’s monitoring. The system also created using Visual Basic 2008 and Microsoft Access for database support. The system stores a class schedule where the instructor/teacher list their students. This system stores also the activity of the class per term and system also requires the scores to total and score percentage. The activity score total and percentage will be basis of the system for computing the student partial grade. In order the system calculate the final grade and and identify the remarks the student must completed all terms. The final grade will be automatically computed by the code itself after completed the student final grade. The system also generates reports which are the student attendance, report card, and grade sheet.

• Adding of students in a class
• Organization of Class Activity with a corresponding percentage
• Generated college grade sheet
• Generated report card and performance ratings, including attendance report
• Attendance system
• Admin can manage student, Teacher information
• Data entry for the student and Teacher has an integration of hardware during the image capture using Web Camera.

How to Run

1. Microsft Visual Studio. (recently tested using VS2019)
2. Crystal Reports

1. Download and Extract the source code zip file. (download button is located below)
2. Open the extracted folder and locate the solution file named as "EJBClassRecord.sln".
3. Open the solution file (.sln) with your Microsoft Visual Studio Software.
4. Press the "F5" key on your keyboard to run the project.
