Microsoft Acquires Parature For $100M to Bolster Dynamic CRM Platform

Microsoft Corporation reportedly acquired the customer service and help desk software, the Parature, for $100 million as it ventures Microsoft dynamics which includes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to bolster interrelations with social media and online web. Parature was founded in 2000 by students of Cornell University. It was formerly known as Cyracle, an app made to assist customers through online chat which signifies "Paradigm of the Future." The aquisition of Parature will surely fill the gaps and lapses of Microsoft in terms of assessing the customers providing more complex solutions in resolving matters concerning them. Parature was formally linked to Playfirst, a gaming company which governs gamers responses without disrupting them. "Parature developed a modern knowledge base that integrates context, search, prediction and learning. It ties in the social data and processes so the right information getsto the right people," said Ray Wang founder of Constellation Research. The integration of Parature on Microsoft's dynamic platform and various knowledge base support for the company to stand independently. Microsoft Dynamic continues its strands under the leadership of Corporate Vice President, Bob Stutz, who can be recalled as one of the developers of Siebel CRM and SAP CRM. Nowadays, Microsoft is considered as the backbone of networking as well as programming thus it caters major and minor works including researches, reports, planning intervention and among others. As the modern era expands for numerous development, more companies are linking toward each other or meant to acquire and accompany other schemes.
