You have different when saving excel grid to be transported to Access. When saving your excel spreadsheet look for converting ways to do that. the csv. You have to try more than once. I create my excel spreadsheet, I save it then I open it with Access it works but the total line can give you headache. You can have the grand total, but yu must type the total line again. You cannot copy and paste.
