Payroll automation and personnel management was my web development class project. With this application, you can register employee into database, update their information, send them instant message, delete employee and finally calculate the payroll of employees using the following variables: 15% of basic salary as housing allowance, 8% of basic salary as transport allowance, 9% of salary as tax

This system is made with the Kenyan tax rates and the Kenyan deduction rates in mind. Therefore, the calculations for the deductions can only be used in Kenya. How it works?.. Payroll System is a complex of useful programs that generate/extract record from database to excel template. It has a print form payslip to be given to all employee. It has many useful code that can use for your own reference. And I still working for upgrade this program soon.
