a year late, i know... but for the benefit of those who just came here:

- extract the files
- open SMCM_Enrolment_System.vbp (it's the project file). just click OK every time an error pops out. eventually, all the forms and modules will load onto the project pane.
- F5 to run. you will be prompted for a USERNAME and PASSWORD.
- there are many usernames and passes set on this project depending on the type of user (as i've discovered) you are. but you can try this: user: REGISTRAR, no password, just click login or press enter.
- the list of usernames and passwords are found on the database file ENROLMENT.mdb. Look for the table named SysUsers, the list should appear there.

GUYS, LOOK FOR "ENROLMENT.mdb"
that is the database name of the system, you can open that using microsoft access, after opening this Database, you can look for the user names and password, but their is no password.. just explore the tables..

it's in the SysUsers table.
in case you don't know where it is it's in the database.
