Sir, I am a student of M.Tech and I need your help. I have a project to develop a website for The department of Computer application. It is planned to make it a live website from where students of computer application can download and upload important e-books, softwaes and study materials for free. Every user need to register to upload or download any soft material. I have to design the site using PHP and MySQL. It contains 3 major parts: 1. user friendly interface. 2. multimedia database handling 3. password encryption 4. Security Sir I tried so many times but failed. but it does not work when downloaded just because it was 0 byte and cannot be extracted
