Visual Studio .NET is very slow

Visual Studio .NET is very slow

I have search the internet about the problem of visual studio .net as being so slow after pressing the F5 key or clicking the Start Debugging icon but can't find a solution on this. I donot think this is because of my computer since I am using a core2duo processor with 1GB memory.

Some are also experiencing this problem and seems to have a fix at Microsoft website in which after I follow the instructor the problem exists.

Anyone have any idea?
