Plz help me to complete this project.

When ever I save image, its increase size of the image plz tell me how to reduce size..
I want view individual payment history its include payment date and total deposit amount within in single access table.
In customer entry form Date of Birth calculation.

Due date of the policy holder in monthly wise with high light color.
