Email Platform

 I would like to have a Email Platform created and it will need to have the same features as a platform i am currently working with and i will send all the information required to mirror this programs style and functions.
The platform will need to perform bulk emails blasts. And be able to accommidate seprated logins with the same admin user details.
Also be able to be installed on servres with different requirements.
This will be a project is basically a copy of one platform to make it unique for me to use.
