database help

hi anyone can teach me how to make a database? Yes i can build website php,html by my own experience searching or browsin the net but the only problem is i dont know how to make a database that can connect to my php website, i will be so lad if there is a good heart willin to help me.... thanks sourcecodester team.

i have my own webhosting.. i have a sample websites.but it is not really good.. eehehehe see to apriciate.
