coding for an application for CAD drawings to generate by using VB as the backend and excel as front end

I would like to know how do one write the code for the given below:

I have a I/O list prepared on the excel sheet this I/O list gives the details for the CAD drawings on autocad.the purpose of the application which i want to create is that wen i load the excel sheet and the autocad show auto generate the drawings by using the pre defined templates programmed by using VBA if any oneknows how to write the code for this kind of application please do let me know
