i am a fresh graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and working as an IT Staff/System Developer in a small company . one of my project is the ADMIN SYSTEM (HR System . Inventory System . Accounting System etc . etc . etc . with connection to one another) but, the problem is . i am only starting to be one of a so called programmer . and need to study and review . but they still give me those hard-heading problem . i always try to work very much for it but it seem that i really need to have some advise while working . can you guide or advise me . thanks and keep in touch . :D

Well, you need to study everyday. That's the best advice I think I can give you. When I started working as a fresh graduate I always study everyday. Read some books. And when I found out that I can learn a lot on the internet I started downloading source code studying every single line of code on how it works.
You need to have logic of course if you want to become a successful programmer. Perseverance is another thing to consider if you are determine to become one.
You must learn how databases works as well. Study database relationship, etc. One of the best tutorial I can give you is my "Database Programming Made Easy" which can be access at the top of this page.
Study it one of one. Don't be rush. Don't be discourage if you encounter so many problems while coding...
