how to make the C# project to exe

Dear friends,

I am a student. and i am new to c#. I made one small project and when i am made exe. but its not running it shows some db issue. can you please help me to solve it.

The easiest method to deploy an application is to copy+paste Bin folder anywhere.Application deployment with .NET. Windows Xp, Vista Operating systems already have .NET Framework. If installed version of .NET framework are not suitable then you have to install a new one.
