When I run your Inventory System source code I get the error at:

Dim mTest As CRAXDRT.Application
Dim mReport As CRAXDRT.Report
Dim SubReport As CRAXDRT.Report
Dim mParam As CRAXDRT.ParameterFieldDefinitions

The ERROR is: COMPILE ERROR USER-DEFINED TYPE IS NOT DEFINED.
