Install xampp. In the C:\ look for xampp\htdocs\ and copy the social network in that folder. Open your browser and type the following in the address bar. http://localhost/name. The name refers to the name of the folder you copied in the htdocs folder. the browser will automatically execute the index file. but you will need to create database first. Goodluck.

Try to create your database using xampp, and the log-in button does not have the location of the script to execute it is left with the quotes "" try to put the link in those quotes "". You should reference login.php script then after execution it will redirect you to hometest.php script. Goodluck

we have the same problem but as what @MOLATUOA says, i tried to make my own database and rename it as 'social' den import on it the sql named 'social(1)' that will be found in xampp/htdocs/SocialNetworkingSite/sql (sql folder). hope this one would help. good luck

there is something wrong with the database, there are some column that are not working, If I try to login in or register, there is no access. Please try and rectify this problem.

This file has been modified in such a way
not to be used free of charge

you have to change. php file
and mysql database in localhost / phpmyadmin
change status_id to account_status
and you can login and password by using student_id

1.I have successfuly install it
but when i want register as a member
the page said that "Unknown column 'status_id' in 'field list' "
i try to fix it with change coulumn status_id into account_status
but it is same like the first
2.when i want to add manual id number on admin page
the page said Table 'id_number' doesn't exist
so how i could fix it?
