Vb sample how to use Mscomm control(component) in order to dial a phone via PC Modem You can use you headset in making or Answering a call (just like call centers) but you need to purchase and install Full Duplex modem . TODO: you should have modem and phone connected to the same line. phone line( RJ11) Change the comport number according to your PC modem. Questions and Request ? Contact me @

tnx,,if you have a full duplex modem and a sound card installed on your PC you can use this code (with some modification) in Receiving, Making calls from pc or even making a Caller ID Apps,

For more advance and complex apps i will post my VOIP and Tapi sample code..

Hi,
I am very interested in dialing telephone numbers via PC modem. I have downloaded your VB source code, but I cannot open it in Visual Studio 2010. Can you post a version that I can use with VS 2010, or recommend me an editor where I can open your project in VB 6.0? Also if you have any other source codes from this field, I would really appreciate if you put them on this site or send me on my e-mail address stans@beotel.net.
