Promote open sharing
Nice post..
Indeed LearnVisualStudio.Net offers a wide range of videos for beginners and intermediate level developers. However, for students and young developers, I think spending some money for these videos is not practical.
Why not promote open-sharing?
Torrents are the best way to find large amount of video tutorials from well known companies like AppDev, Lynda.Com, TotalTraining, CBT Nuggets etc.

As we may know that most of the files shared using torrents are illegal. In this case I don't allow this kind of ideas.
